When the president of the political party founded by Lula says the function of Petrobrás (the Brazilian oil giant whose major shareholder is the Brazilian Federal Government) is “not to enrich shareholders but to serve the people”, we have to look back to the corruption schemes in the latest time Lula was the president of Brazil and the mastermind of massive deviation of funds from Petrobrás.
Under Lula the executives of Petrobrás paid bribery to politicians, political parties and others, made bid rigging schemes, deviated massive funds and presented fraudulent documents to the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC).
So Petrobrás could keep on operating in the USA and at the NYSE its executives had to make a billionaire agreement with the Division of Fraud at the US Department of Justice. This was just one of the many fraud scandals during Lula’s latest presidency. Pasadena oil refinery, Comperj oil refinery, Correios/Postalis, Varig, JBS Friboi, Eletrobrás were also used in fraud schemes that deviated funds from stockholders and taxpayers. The stench of fraud goes all the way to the US, where Bernie and Biden are trying to “help” Lula, whose shenanigans stole USD2trillion, part of it out of the pockets of US citizens who invest in bonds. North American journalist Tucker Carlson accused President Biden and Sen. Sander of making pressure on President Bolsonaro to accept the result of fraudulent Brazilian elections.
Mr. Sanders and Mr. Biden could at least explain if there were US Citizens who profited from the huge fraud carried out by Lula’s group at the NYSE. Many Americans and people around the world that bought bonds from the Brazilian oil giant, Petrobras, were victims of the frauds that happened at Petrobras. What we are facing in Brazil goes beyond biased high court decisions and fake news on the US Senate website.
Lula led one of the most profitable frauds in recent world’s history that deviated USD2trillion in funds, part of it from US pockets.
Fraudulent Elections
There already are studies that point out inconsistencies in the “all electronic” voting system that has no paper trail. Technicians who evaluated the numbers are sure there are anomalies in the numbers of the Brazilian elections. The size of the voting fraud may have been of 5.1 million votes.
The proof there’s been anomalies in the Brazilian elections has already been sent to the High Electoral Court. No answer up to now.
The inconsistencies in the voting numbers have been shown by many technicians. Brazilian journalists are under censorship imposed by the Brazilian high courts and cannot publish about it. Is it a left wing coup under course in Brazil? Who will benefit with it? Are there US citizens associated with Lula and his corruption schemes that happened at Petrobrás when Lula da Silva was a president in the last decade?
